Adventures Campaign

July 2022 – present day

　‎　Now running for over three years, the Beanut Lands “Adventures” campaign has followed our party through many trials and treasures.
　‎　First we joined them in Shepburg, Willonia, where they were tasked to retrieve a priceless mystery item. They traveled to The Heartlands to seek safety after that mission, where they gathered information, and found work. They got up to a handful of interesting things, including a social luncheon with an influential family, research on ancient history, and attending a wedding in the hopes of cashing in on a bounty. Later, this need for work led them on a security mission into the Brittle Bog, where things began to get more exciting and more dangerous. Uncovering strange enchantments came at a great cost to the group. Because of this, they traveled into the dark and ancient Nettle Forest, in the hopes of completing an honorable task for a friend. There, they encountered some truly trying challenges therein, but returned home with a new friend.

　‎　Now that they have successfully returned to more familiar territory (except for Omeki), they have taken on another quest which has lead them back into Willonia, this time in Baodet, a city which hosts a world-renown event that Cragthorn hopes will grant him a clue to his unanswered questions — but behind this bustling city’s desirable trade lies a dark underworld that is linked to both Isla and Olivia’s pasts…

Silent but deadly, and a little bit silly, we have Olivia, or “Liv” to her friends. A Faekin rogue who is known to show no mercy to people who would threaten her, who values the truth and knowledge of the world, and who loves her feline companion, Mr. Burbles, a small brown kitten she couldn’t resist adopting.

Isla Kathar was raised in the Lovalian region of the Whistling Steppes by her Lovalian parents. However, she has known her entire life that she is not like them. She was taken from her birth family by skin traders in her youth. After her adopted mother’s passing, she set out on a path to find out who she is. Taking after her mother, she studied in music and has managed to make connections through her work as a Bard amongst the Willonians in Shepburg.

Cragthorn Stonebones is the heir to one of the 17 noble houses of the Grimlands. While boisterous and eccentric his name carries a modicum of respect by the Grim Paladin and the merchants that employ them. In an attempt to escape his responsibilities as a noble he has spent the last 20 years seeking glory outside of the Grimlands borders. When tasked to kill a dark sorcerer who had stolen Grimkin secrets an ancient artifact came into his possession, finally a glorious path was laid before him. Many strange and otherworldly events have shaped and altered his path, but none have dissuaded him from his true purpose: the restoration of the Sainted Sovereign, the one the children call the Penguin King.

Hailing from the harsh deserts of Canzia, the kindhearted yet world-worn Aksil found himself in a most unexpected situation. What initially seemed like a simple job opportunity alongside a most colorful group of individuals has led to him being granted favors, running from the law, and rubbing elbows with people of the upper classes.
Naturally cautious, Aksil seems unsure about this new, unexpected lifestyle, yet necessity to make ends meet, and a growing affection for his new adventure group keep him with them for the time being.

Growing up in the Nettle Forest is a rough life, filled with dangers and survival challenges that test the mettle of all who live there. Omeki lived a very isolated life in the Lili Baguli valley, far from civilization and luxury, focusing their energy on holistic pursuits such as living off the land and caring for the nature and beasts of the region. Aside from occasionally providing assistance to wayward travelers, Omeki had very little life-altering interaction with people from the outside world… that is, until they came across a small group of adventurers who swept Omeki up in an adventure a little bigger than they expected.
